We support people
We are a fresh approach to the traditional home care service. The people we support are at the heart of everything we do and we focus on what matters to them and regularly review this to reflect changing needs.
We support people on all aspects of daily living so that they can live at home with as much independence as possible and we create detailed bespoke care plans that focus on what matters most to each person.
What can we do for you?
We are professional, compassionate, friendly, and kind in our approach and we love to care for people. We work in small teams to ensure that each person we support receives excellent continuity of care from the people who support them and who they know and trust.
“They make me feel loved and needed every girl is fantastic if you need help please pick love2care.”

Small teams, with a personal touch
We believe that to give people the best level of care, we need to rethink how care works. We ensure that each person we support only ever has a small, close knit team of wellbeing workers to support them, meaning that they enjoy continuity of care and get to know each other well.
We are highly responsive to changing needs and priorities for all the people we support and their loved ones. We pride ourselves on identifying and acting upon the small, yet important changes in a person’s wellbeing and always take prompt action. We have an extremely flexible team who easily adjust and adapt to what is needed for each person, thereby giving the person we support and their family total peace of mind.
We welcome ongoing feedback from the people we support and their loved ones and we conduct in depth reviews on a six week and six month basis (and more regularly if there are frequent changes) to ensure that each person is happy with the support we are giving and that we capture everything that is important to that person.
